Sarah Moor

Service Controller

Sarah joined our Service Control team, bringing 11 years’ experience with her. She’s a warm and amiable member of our team, who primarily works with our engineers and other internal teams, to organise and plan the implementation of our clients’ solutions. Her role also sees her use her technical skills to proactively troubleshoot any issues over the phone.  

Her inspiration comes from her colleagues, who also provide excellent customer service on a daily basis. She enjoys being part of a hardworking, friendly, and supportive team, and loves that she is seen as a valued member of the team.  

Her weekends are usually filled with boot camp sessions, reading, and visits to the coast, and she’s a big fan of all things Disney — movies, music, and trips to Disneyland!
