Our commitments are as follows: 1. Programme of Regular Preventative MaintenanceWith all copying systems supplied a full preventative maintenance programme will be operated ensuring that each system is fully cleaned and serviced on a regular monthly basis. This is carried out as a matter of course without the need for you to call us. 2. Guaranteed Response TimeShould a fault occur between preventative maintenance visits, we guarantee to respond within four working hours (under normal circumstances) from the time the service call is received by our work controller (provided your account is not overdue) ensuring the minimum of inconvenience is experienced. |
3. Image Quality GuaranteeEach system comes complete with a copy quality guide. This takes the form of a bound set of copy samples, which are to be kept by yourselves and used as a guide to the level of image quality obtainable from the system throughout a contract period. 4. Replacement MachineIn the event of any system requiring workshop attention, a replacement machine will be provided to ensure no loss of productivity. 5. Free Ongoing Operator TrainingFull operator training will be carried out on each system at installation and for copying functions is available on an ongoing basis as a courtesy service ensuring that your employees are totally confident with the operation of the equipment. 6. Systems Performance ReportOn written request, a full engineering report will be given so that you are fully aware of the system's performance. |
