Environmental Responsibility

Systems Technology are very aware of our social and environmental responsibility. For this reason, all our proposals consider how best to implement our equipment with the least impact on the environment.

Training of your staff will ensure once again that wasted prints are kept to a minimum with staff having a full understanding of the device.

As an organisation, we have our own Green Policy and take our Social Responsibilities very seriously. Where possible, any refuse is recycled, all of our packaging, paper and pallets are collected for recycling and all old equipment is either recycled or exported for use in third world countries.

Our Environmental initiatives are tied in to everything that we do for you. We aim to assist

you with using less paper, less energy and fewer resources, this in turn then reduces the environmental cost of print too.

Dedicated to using fewer resources Systems Technology became an INVU partner in 2007 with the aim to assist our clients in achieving the much desired "paperless office". Internally we have implemented a full document management system and have reduced the number of pages that we print and copy by approximately 70%. All invoices are now sent in electronic format as are all copy documents and the majority of our proposals.

Working in partnership with top manufacturers Ricoh and Canon we ensure that we are working with manufacturers who are operating within responsible manufacturing facilities.
